Someone revoke this man's meteorology license immediately
Pens and pencils here. I do confess to getting rid of the many colored pencils a few years ago.

Yeah, that would have been more than settling, before #meteorology…
This cloud rolled in like an actual tsunami over Portugal. It's actually called a roll cloud.

Meteorology.
I liked weather shit. Still do.

I wanted to be a *TV weather presenter* for some reason. I was obsessed with cars as a little kid and never cared much about meteorology, so even I'm mystified by this

The Ken Bureau of Meteorology has declared today's weather "fucking miserable" and hopes everyone has plenty of inside jobs to do, or better yet, a good book and a warm fire.

Paleontologist... I do still like dinos and overall things associated w studying them but. I am happy being in psych and I'm even more excited to dig my talons into meteorology and zoology once I'm done w psych

My first one was Video Game design, before I learned about the Profession... and then instead of IT, getting into Meteorology to chase Tornados and Hurricanes for a living.

#Ottawa, and indeed all of #Ontario and #Quebec, are expecting messy #weather today, with a low, warm front, cold front and a stationary front as well.

things 'ai' is actually good at: meteorology prediction and maps, chugging thru math shit looking for patterns if it's actually set up for that, various kinds of earth sciences that require shit tons of calculations. it's bad at most everything else, especially what they keep trying to hammer it in
are AI coding tools capable of delivering useful work: verifiably yes

is there actual real demand for AI coding tools: verifiably yes

is that demand sufficient to support the economics: a lot of people would sure like to know!!

is AI ontologically evil: to be determined by the RoboWars

The regular climate is cold and wet but the economic climate is hot and dry and needs more student flats.

You know; meteorology is very complex.

Earth Science (aka geoscience) at first glance that might just sound like geology but there's so much more...
climatology and meteorology, geography, geomicrobiology, hydrology (incl. glaciology), paleontology, oceanography, and speleology (the study of cavess.

i have actually been kinda blown away at how good the meteorology maps are getting, how far out we can not only predict but actually get *right* most of the time. that part is cool. i bet you don't need a billion massive data centers for that tho
