At the peak of the 2017 insanity, over 50 million fidget spinners were sold in just a few months—a good chunk of them to our then middle school-aged son

Transplanted stem cells can be used to grow new neurons but it's hard to control the positions of the stem cells while stimulating their differentiation, unless you have microbots of course
