A huge thank you to our Peak District Volunteers who took on the task of repairing the steps from #LittonMill up towards the #MonsalTrail. 👏
It was a tough job, with plenty of puzzles to solve, but energised by ice creams bought by Ranger Kate they powered on through and got the job done! 🍦💪

All the serious birders had serious cameras, not iPhones, but the sight and sound of about 350 birds was amazing!

Great walk along the #MonsalTrail. It's a great surface for wheelchairs: flat and level. The scenery is amazing and very varied: I saw farmland, old stations, grand houses, lots of long tunnels, industrial buildings and open grazing land. #WheelchairTravels #WheelchairWalks #DogWalks #PeakDistrict
