Second co-corrisponding preprint is out! In collaboration with Alessandra Sacco group, we manage to double the yield of PAX7+ SMPCs generated in vitro and to mature them to a postnatal stage by modulation JAK2/STAT3 signaling.

Titin has been studied for 40 years and yet titins function in active force manipulation is still unresolved. This goes double for how it impacts force profiles during muscle length change of *any* typical animal movement. This focused area in muscle science is what I try to uncover. /end #MyoSky
