Most recent pause moved the market, but temporarily.
NSDAQ had been stuck around 19.5 since inauguration; recent tariff pause & a week of happy investors drove it to 20.5, where it is stuck now.
Before the '29 crash, we saw huge ups and downs, including outrageously great weeks.
Tariffs then, too.
