94 days until I meet with the weight management team. I’m doing as much as I can by then. What I learned today? Too many carbs make me sleeeeeeepy 😵💫 less tomorrow. and sometimes it’s nice to eat Brussel sprouts at 8am. 💙 #pcos #pcoscyster #pcosjourney
