A respectable complaint and/or a true criticism of an alternate reality fiction revolves around internal consistency and plausibility.

Demanding historical accuracy in alternate reality fiction—or any fiction for that matter—defeats the purpose of #fiction.

Zein was set up as this strong FL who doesn't back down, brags about her experience in TaeKwonDo & is viewed as the stories savior. But by episode 14, she is so annoying & weak that she has to be supported to the clinic for being locked in a well ventilated yet dusty room 😒 #HellUniversity #PDrama

The concept was interesting but it didn't execute well. It felt like some characteristics were quickly established as core facts just to be able to go against them a few scenes later. Not as a means of development/growth but just because. Ended w/a hook for a season2

I'm very impressed with the #Filipino adaptation of #김비서가왜그럴까 / #WhatsWrongWithSecretaryKim. Modern production style, not the old Filipino style. No overused special effects. Fun comedy too!

Haha, yep. It's really hard to watch if you understand the dub and still need (or can't turn-off) the subs. It's the same with anime.

Out-of-curiosity, I also watch Pdrama (Philippine Drama) with English subtitles, and the dialogues really changes the meaning and context!

Speaking of YT, if they partnered with Netflix, if ever they release on YT, it's region-locked or they hide the YT episodes after 14 days (Netflix agreement). It's why it's hard to find Pdrama from official sources. 😅

The best way, sadly, is still the illegal OTTs. 😆
