My baseline is shot.
Feeling like a zombie with no brains nearby to eat for energy.

Showering/bathing with #MECFS #LongCovid takes so much energy it’s stupid & then you #PEM_Crash for days after.

Also if you’re lucky like me you get #Painsomnia too. 1 hr of sleep, wake up in pain, repeat x ♾️ #FML

I miss being able to get out of bed without feeling like I just ran a marathon with a weighted vest, ankle weights, and an off centered windmill on my head.

I went yesterday after a doctors visit, since that was already going to kick my ass with a #PEM_Crash
It’s likely the last time I’ll walk on a beach. It’s become too fatiguing & painful. Unless I win the lotto or someone gifts me an off road wheelchair-lol sure 🤪
