Apparently my body has decided it doesn’t need sleep. Couldn’t fall asleep until almost 6am and woke before 11am (it’s been weeks like this). Stupid #painsomnia 🤬
Fortunately, that guy is a little better and was able to work this morning. And I should get my higher dosage of Butrans today or Monday

Having a shitty night of it. My wife has restless legs so the mattress gets kicked. That impact goes straight to my knee. That knee isn't best fond of any knocks. Pain induced insomnia (painsomnia) isn't fun - I didn't come up with it, don't blame be. That's why I'm still up at 05.50

Had painsomnia from 3:20am-7am and then randomly fell asleep until like 9:20 and it doesn't half feel weird 😂 Can't complain over less sleep deprivation though lmao.
