Yeah, and to connect this with my usual hobbyhorse on immigration: the system for people with legal disabilities (noncitizens, prisoners/parolees, etc.) is designed by people without those disabilities who don't know that those people constantly get lied to about their rights, leading to accidents.

I expect parolees and people put on probation will see a mandatory referral to the detransition clinic and "compliance with all recommended psychiatric treatments" to be included with their terms of staying out of prison. Perhaps former spouses demanding it as terms of shared custody for a coparent.
