I'm going to buy one, and then write posts that begin with prefatory stuff about how I love my Optimus and then are like "it is odd that all it does is piss and there's no way to make it not piss. It doesn't seem like robots would have to piss, and Tesla has not been very helpful wrt the pissing."

I have to emphasize that the doctrine they have come up with is literally “James Madison wrote a single prefatory sentence in Article II that creates an executive significantly less constrained than an English monarch”
The "unitary executive" doctrine that Trump is using to hyper-empower himself has deep roots in the conservative legal movement that long predate MAGA and it's wild to me that these theorists convinced themselves the results would be normatively desirable.

Yes, and I resent that it has made me develop this habit of having to list a half dozen prefatory "to be sures" and not-really-anyone's-business biographical data before weighing in on anything bc no one can take anything in good faith anymore
