So apparently Windows has a bug where sometimes it'll just refuse to mount an SDCard that is a totally empty volume?

Literally just created a .txt file on the card on another machine, now it shows up, mounts properly, can read and write
I was convinced this card was fried. MICROSOFT!!!

Usually I do a milled PCB for fun when a new Raspberry Pi Compute Module gets released but this time its basically identical so the old thing is still valid.
