My shoplights bring all the boys to the yard.
I use ordinary LED shoplights and recycled plastic pots (rigorously washed in bleach solution).
I grew 40 flats of various things in my cellar this winter/spring, some of it using saved seed and rooted tip-cuttings.

1/ I haven't really considered it in a couple decades. I'm blessed with a 1500sf rock-wall, walk-out cellar that never gets below 55F. I do all my overwintering & propagation (seed, cuttings) on cheap restaurant shelving under LED shoplights down here. I just have a garden hose with a breaker wand.
