basically the process that works for me is:
1. create 5 track midi, doesn't need to be type 2 apparently?? (important: MUST have notes on dpcm or only square1 plays)
2. edit with versioduo.com/edit to have the correct track names (Square1, Square2, Triangle, Noise, DPCM)
3. import to midi2vt
