This is me! (A great Keezy thread as usual) I also felt seen by Monk but esp appreciate Keezy noting the variety of OCD subtypes. I think most people aren't even aware of subtypes – both people w OCD and those around them
monk is an interesting one because I've heard from a LOT of people with OCD that they felt seen by it. but I also feel like it has essentially dictated the conversation ever since in ways that probably isn't helpful, certainly to people who experience OCD other than the type he exhibits
