The commission authorized the city manager to execute an amended interlocal agreement with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority at the reduced amount the city had budgeted, after PSTA acknowledged paperwork confusion and offered to honor the city's figure and provide ridership data for FY27 planning.

At its July 7 meeting the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners approved a two-year Urban SDK traffic-data contract, a $31,200 agreement for DBT classes in the county jail, a $75,000 city–county grant for a welcoming coordinator, and several routine contracts and permits.
