BBC re-running their headlines from 3 years ago when Sunak released 10,000 prisoners early over 6 months....oh wait, no, that went off without a media fuss.

Labour are releasing up to 5,000 early over a year - due to Tory failure to build prison capacity. They only built 36 net new places a year.

Politics is broken when basic empathy is weaponised. Mocking raw emotion from someone grieving a parent isn't clever journalism—it’s callous outrage-baiting that degrades public debate.

Can anyone explain to me why this article doesn't mention anywhere that small boat crossings are down 42% from last year?

That doesn't mean it's not an issue 781 people arrived in one day. But it seems like the sort of context a reputable news source might mention

If the #UKMedia did its job properly this perfectly sensible view point wouldn’t need to feel like such a niche comment.

Hey #UKMedia people - there is near zero chance that the Dover/Portsmouth stuff is random timing.

It is almost certainly ‘cutely’ co-ordinated to get Reform’s illegal money troubles off the front pages.

The BBC is promoting RefUK as a govt in waiting, when RefUK have 8 MPs, only 3 elected, the other 5 defected from the Tories. Lib Dems have 71 MPs but are ignored. Ofcom is supposed to ensure impartiality of the BBC - the national broadcaster - so clearly Ofcom is complicit in this political bias.

Tonight BBC radio 4 ran an hour-long advert for “suicidal empathy” (the idea and book) on the Moral Maze, describing its author simply as a Canadian professor, without mentioning his enthusiasm for Great Replacement ideology nor calls for civil war in the UK. That does not seem ok.
