Want to know why the meteorologists are fumbling all over themselves with innacurate #forecasts and can't nail down what is really going to happen? Blame #DOGE. They cut #NWS #WeatherBalloons in the #Midwest so there is no way to really understand all these #ClimateChange driven storms same-day.

I try to describe them sagging, boob veins, filling up, and sizes in the blob stage like weatherballoons and stuff like that. I use a lot of crude language like melons, hooters, knockers, etc.

When there isn't enough people to do a job effectively and thoroughly the result is sub par. The equipment (ie weatherballoons) is not reusable. it needs to be replaced that cost money that has been cut off. So yes. that is one hell of a statement. staff did all it could with little resources
