A tiny 2% wealth tax, on 20k people would raise £24 billion per year to spend on the things that urgently need fixing in our country.

So, Starmer is advocating that Scotland's government further help out the poor and old denied their #winterfuel payments from Westminster during this extended period of freezing weather. But he won't help those in similar hardship in England. Labour, huh?
