Surprise, surprise, surprise! Thankfully, I had a customer service person who went to bat for me at CVS Specialty Pharmacy and got the Xeljanz XR approved for my delivery. Mentioned switching to another pharmacy and they would not let that happen. Always ask for what you want!!! #Xeljanz #spoonie

CVS Specialty Pharmacy should not be able to switch to generics when the doctor has not approved it. If you are no longer carrying Xeljanz XR, I will switch my prescription to another pharmacy. Don’t replace it with a generic the day before it’s supposed to be delivered. #CVS #XELJANZ
