It's only a "postmark" for official purposes if it's from an official district/regional SORTING CENTER.
Our P.O. doesn't count. Only when it gets to the ABQ sorting center.

Put otherwise: In states that require ballots to arrive by Tuesday, you can't expect a ballot you haven't yet mailed would arrive if you hand it to USPS now.
And in states that only require a postmark by Tuesday, you can't rely that the USPS will postmark it in time if you don't watch them.

Perfecta is one of my dearest friends locally. I'm having trouble holding it together; I can only image what the girls are going through.
She's being transferred later today, but no one knows yet where, when, or for how long. Likely ABQ, but could be Denver.
