You can talk about aggregation, you can talk about averaging, you can talk about whatever I do not think the methodology behind 2026 polling *can* be accurate. I think pollsters have kludged together reasonable guesses by fucking with demographic weights and making assumptions.

Five hours of matches with a ceiling of **. Impressive aggregation of mediocrity.

Why not? It's data aggregation.

In an age of ubiquitous aggregation, clipping, and AI summaries, it’s sometimes easy to lose track of what it takes to actually uncover the information voters need to know.
What it took our reporter to uncover abuse allegations against a Congress member.
Thousands of pages of documents. Trips to get everyone's side of the story. And more.

If your interest is news aggregation, that's a feature.

"____ just said ____"

Cool then why aren't you showing us that????? It's not news aggregation when people do this

G. Elliot Morris is better at poll aggregation and also not being a gambling addicted weirdo but he needs to make his pollsona already

What happens when proteins fail to enter ER through Sec61? Our new preprint reveals that cells triage orphaned proteins based on thermodynamic stability. Stable proteins are N-terminally trimmed, protecting them from the proteasome and saving degradation for the most aggregation-prone proteins 1/6

Polanski’s response is entirely correct. It should also be pointed out that if you want to be a national political party, rather than just an aggregation of local NIMBY campaigns whinging about pylons, you should be discussing important international issues.

The otaku mindset does arrive with a loss of meaning in the grand sense and replaces with a sort of empty consumerism you lose meaning as verb and create a sort of database a loose aggregation of signifiers that replace substantive attempts at engaging with the meaning of life and replace them

Do NOT engage with this site.
Do NOT try to open conversation with them to get your fic taken down.

This is a data aggregation scam. AO3's legal team is already on top of it and they will get the whole site taken down in due time.
Because AO3's terms of service has our backs.
So ao3.life has scraped the entirety of ao3 and is offering shitty audiobook versions of every fic
I had everything archive locked on ao3 and it's still all here and I as the author have 0 control over any of my fics on there.
This is absolutely not ok and needs to be taken down immidiately.

i also really love the idea of marginalia, just as a general interaction and architectural concept that isn’t explored nearly enough. similarly accretion, aggregation, collection.

The Drudge Report used just two words to sum up Republicans’ bruising night at the polls:

“Orange Crush,” declared the conservative news aggregation website’s main headline Wednesday morning, as Democrats were projected to regain control of both the House and Senate in the 2026 midterm elections.

Yeah probably not, but I've wanted to post more general aggregation style summary posts for a while. I think a proper informative/education thread style is lacking on this platform.
