Super talk by Thomas Decker on ISGF3 and other STAT/IRF9 transcription factors. Also new aspects on TF cooperativity at promoters- some ISGs are strongly dependent on p38 MAPK activity, while others are not at all! @cytokines2019 #antiviralresponse #signalling #interferon
