we have this neat ecargobikeshare, cargob, with locations near me! right now its kind of small, but for people with kids they also allow longer term rentals. i am also fortunate to be convenient to the community pedal power ebike library, which does free 2 week loans.

i got groceries today by renting a @ridecargob.bsky.social urban arrow. the unlock and go; lock and pause experiences were seamless in the app, and getting on it was . . . riding a bike.

OK, so after some more serious discussion this could actually be a good thing for us. So we're going to rent a UA Family from CargoB to try, and request to borrow the Bunch Trike from the local e-bike lending library to try. Then, see what we think about the practicality.
Lots of 'joking' about getting a Bunch cargo trike because of its adult passenger capability today. But, there are some trips we end up doing by ride hail when one of my partner or I isn't up for riding for chronic health reasons... So, if we could replace like 150 of those, it pays for itself! >.>
