• Under 8 CFR 214.2(D)(16), an F-1 student is only eligible for reinstatement if all of the following conditions apply to the student:

Columbia completely caved and are getting their accreditation pulled anyways. Anybody that doesn't go nuclear on these people when they even sniff at you is nuts.

A flawed dismissal is a MTR under 8 CFR §1003.18(d)(1) (see also the note in (d)[0]). When (A) through (F) don't apply ((B) to (F) surely don't and (A) would prejudice ER) then it has to be a joint or unopposed motion under (G).
