There's no hiding from #ContentDesign and #ClearLanguage. If you take something waffle-y, and present it clearly, you expose anything vague.

Currently writing a page on Goals, following the content pattern [H2] Goal, [H3] Challenges, [H3] Solutions, [H4] Actions.

Flim flam just falls away.

Why are medical letters still so convoluted??

"..a face-to-face appointment has been arranged for 28th April at 1:00 in the afternoon with an x-ray on the day 1 hour before the appointment."

Try:

"an in-person appointment is booked 28 April at 1pm, with x-ray at 12pm."

Henceforth legalese should not be used — i.e., it should cease, desist and be at an end — Celia Chandler, Writer
