We use our method on SARS-CoV-2 main protease #MPro and both #active site and potential #allosteric #sites are classified as #Cluster1 sites, demonstrating that these RSA-based Cluster labels can #recapitulate known #functional protein regions such as active or allosteric sites

Analysis of the clusters shows #Cluster1 to be heavily #enriched (OR = 4) in #functional sites and suggests novel, uncharacterised functional sites. #Cluster4 is depleted in known functional sites.

Sometimes the AI surprises me, in this specific case I gave it a very wordy not very good explanation of a folder structure I had in my head and it drew it out spot on.
A screenshot of Google's Gemini AI chat, I wrote "Can you give me an example of the first option by using config maps to store the values for each cluster, lets assume this folder structure of the flux repo: /clusters/ contains the main flux cluster folder with /clusters/cluster1/ and /clusters/cluster2/ subfolders for each cluster, /infra-apps/ will contain the details for additional apps which will be pointed to by the Kustomizations in the clusters folder, in this scenario we will use /infra-apps/traefik/ which will contain the helmrelease file." and it responded with a visual folder structure diagram of what I described.

Enhanced efficacy of ipilimumab plus nivolumab in angiogenic subtypes of metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma - npj Precision Oncology
In metastatic clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (mccRCC), choosing between immuno-oncology (IO) combinations and IO plus anti-VEGF therapies is uncertain. The BIONIKK trial revealed that ipilimumab plus nivolumab (Ipi/Nivo) achieved a 70% objective response rate in angiogenic cluster1/2 versus 41% in cluster4/5, which featured T-effector/cell-cycle signatures (p = 0.048). Complete responses were exclusively observed in cluster1/2 (p = 0.012), with longer progression-free survival (p = 0.014). Ipi/Nivo may particularly benefit angiogenic mccRCC, supporting molecular subtype-based treatment strategies.
