Literally identical to a trashy multicart you could pick up off AliExpress. There appears to be a CPLD on there and as far as I know, GBA games don't use mappers... So this is almost certainly a generic flash cartridge with a ROM on it.
I decided Shantae: Risky Revolution's is NOT safe to play on my GBAs or DS. I will be playing with my Everdrive instead.

Good chilly (40°F!) morning from Hoomum's abode of apparitions! We *thought we saw 2 🐇 on morning patrol, but it was too dark to get a good photo. To compensate, Hoomum sautéed calves liver for our brekky instead of making scrambled eggs. 😋 Best day ever for cpld, starving Corgis! Be safe & healthy!

Else it's not a FPGA it's a CPLD chip (which is kind of the same thing but smaller). And no one should have expected better than that from any manufacturer.

It gets worse? They're using an FPGA chip for some reason, (This can't be great for battery life.) and one of the other chips is really scuffed up.
I have seen cleaner reproduction carts for less on eBay than this one!!!
