I’m a MMDDYYYY partisan, but it’s not like I have emotional attachment to anything except sticking to a single datetimeformat in one’s logging. (Worst I’ve seen: FOUR different date/time formats in one application’s logs. Two is pretty common, in my experience.)

🗓️/🕙 `dateTimeFormat` scrubber for any date/time format defined by a date/time format string (e.g. "yyyy-MM-dd" or "HH'h' mm").
The new scrubber will replace the current `instants` and `dates` scrubbers.
