　で2.1%。
・「陽性」ならば3.2 vs. 5.4%。
・アルブミン尿「陰性」例ではGLP-1RA/SGLT2-i例とDPP-4-i例間
　に有意なリスク差なし。

To reduce bias from the observational study design the authors used an active comparator, comparing new users of SGLT2 inhibitors with new users of DPP4 inhibitors or sulphonylureas. They also used propensity score matching, to balance out baseline characteristics.

During a median follow-up of 2.63 years the primary outcome - a composite of hospital admission for HF and all cause death - occurred in 718 (63.6%) of new users of SGLT2 inhibitors and 816 (77.9%) of new users of DPP4 inhibitors or sulfonylureas (adjusted hazard ratio 0.82, 95% CI 0.70 to 0.96).
