We had two EF4 tornadoes in AR after dark with multiple instances of intense damage along their paths cause zero fatalities. I'd say the NWS is pretty damn important!

Somerset/London KY tornado from 5/16 confirmed as an EF4. I believe this is now the first year since 2011 to have two or more convective days (3/14 and 5/16) with multiple confirmed EF4+ tornadoes.

That's basically an EF4, (approaching EF5) tornado that's a hundred miles wide and that lasts for several days. Absolute worst case.
UPDATE: Milton is now one of the strongest hurricanes ever recorded with maximum sustained winds of 180 mph (285 km/h)
