Today I am sharing my review of A Trial In Three Acts, the brand new novel from Guy Morpuss which is released today. Happy publication day! I was lucky enough to pick up an early copy of the book from Bloody Scotland last year, so thank you to Viper for that opportunity to read it. Here's what the book's all about:

We did it. We escaped the eternity that is January. Go us! 31 days never feels quite as long as it does in January but, strangely, it also feels far too soon for one whole month of the year to be done with already. I guess we're just never happy, right? The past month has been turbulent for me to say the least.

February is nearly over. How is that a thing? I mean, I’m happy about it. Holiday season looming and all that. But still. Hitting a bit of a manic patch at work, covering two jobs whilst recruitment continues for a colleagues well deserved retirement so no idea what that will do to my energy or concentration on reading but, hey. That is life.
