I absolutely love when people are looking at homes for the first time and have these unhinged list of demands vs looking a second time and going "There are *enough* bathrooms? Sure that's a definite win"

Upzoning and lot splitting bills don't address structure costs, they can't, all they can do is make it so that instead of having to buy a 5000 sqft lot, a homebuyer can instead buy a ~1250 sqft lot. That's 1/4th the cost for the land!
