The reason I feel so strongly about this hill is that nine times out of ten, it's a *downgrade* compared to the stock incandescent bulbs. But they light up faster so people are wowed

If you've had your car awhile, you owe it to yourself to restore the headlight housings and adjust them correctly.
Same exposure levels, same road. This is the sort of difference headlight restoration and aiming adjustment can do for you!!! It's a night and day difference.
