Am Montag war ich zur halbjährlichen Untersuchung im Bicêtre. Meine Werte sind für eine iPAH- Patientin sehr gut. Tatsächlich sind sie so gut, dass ich "normal" essen darf, also nicht mwhr salzfrei bzw. -reduziert essen muss. Ich soll es mit dem Salz nur nicht übertreiben.

2024 war ich froh, überhaupt meinen 50. Geburtstag zu erreichen und war fest überzeugt, nur noch ein Jahr Lebenszeit zu haben. Und nun bin ich hier, zwei Jahre später, und es geht mir gut. Ich hoffe auf weitere 2 Jahre! #PulmonaleHypertonie #IPAH #WeltPHTag

Jep, Blut aus der Arterie. Und ja, es war mal wieder schmerzhaft. Bisher hat es erst eine Krankenschwester schmerzfrei hinbekommen. Die habe ich dann auch prompt als Engel bezeichnet, was sie zum Lachen brachte.
Spirometrie ist auch erledigt. Nun warte ich auf den 6-Minuten-Geh-Test.
