The rhythm of the language & the word choices *feel* like I'm in Nigeria.

After 26 hours of travel from Phoenix, I’ve arrived in Muscat, Oman, 😃. Phew!
The main works I’ll be talking about at the schools I’m speaking at will be Binti and Ikenga. Shadow Speaker would have been the focal point but, since it was just released, it was hard for the schools to order.

Ikenga, the chi fortifier, the Igbo cult icon of endeavour and the right hand, sold to the British Museum by the Church Missionary Society (CMS). Ikenga is mostly found in places formerly under Nri influence, Ikenga's spread may be due to Nri priestly activity.
