Yo me he bajado una app que se llama MapQuest y son jueguitos de geografía. Me ha gustado. Seguro que a esa app también le suben las descargas una barbaridad, jaja.
Como alternativas: Maps·me y Petal Maps están guays.

Dos comentarios rápidos. El primero es que creo que Google solo lo ha cambiado en USA, a mí me sigue apareciendo Ontario. Y dos, en España no se puede acceder a MapQuest porque lo estuve mirando por la noticia del boycott a Gmaps

MapsMe is good sometimes. You could try that. It downloads a map on your phone of a city or country. Then you don't need data.

Альтернатива mapsme- Organic Maps. Це ті ж мапсме, але там вирізані трекери, реклама і тд. Воно повністю безкоштовне. Хоч в розробниках також більшість русні, але програма з відкритим кодом і ніхто на ній не заробляє ніяким чином. Або ще є OsmAnd - там команда україно-російська і широкий функціонал

Альтернатива mapsme- Organic Maps. Це ті ж мапсме, але там вирізані трекери, реклама і тд. Воно повністю безкоштовне. Хоч в розробниках також більшість русні, але програма з відкритим кодом і ніхто на ній не заробляє ніяким чином. Або ще є OsmAnd - там команда україно-російська і широкий функціонал
