Did you see their custom dual-camera #mesoSPIM? :)

Indeed! I managed to generate a decent online documentation for our #mesoSPIM project in 2h, something I was procrastinating for 5 years. Feels like magic.

We are trying to materialize this idea with Benchtop #mesoSPIM. Make a robust framework and let people do crazy things with it.

A monumental work by Hei Ming LAI and team. Deep staining of centimeter-scale tissues, mouse or human, in 3 days! Tested with over 350 antibodies! Multiple rounds! Antibodies or RNA FISH! Uses 2 low-cost chemicals in addition to standard iDISCO protocol!

Imaged with what? With #mesoSPIM !
💪💯
Happy #3DThursday! Step into a kidney, captured in stunning detail using INSIHGT. This isn’t just beautiful; it’s vital, transforming how we study health, aging, and disease. I'm lost in it, I love it.🎨🔬

It was actually the first mesoSPIM dataset I ever rendered and I’ve been so happy to learn the history of it. Did you go to the anniversary conference this year? Michael made it but I was in Montreal at BINA.

The #mesoSPIM community just celebrated 10 years of open-source light-sheet microscopy in Zürich! For #3DThursday, we're honoring Martina Schaettin & Fabian Voigt’s iconic 3D chick embryo dataset — a luminous benchmark for open science and shared discovery.

Maxence Wisztorski, Isabelle Fournier (Lille University) Toward High Spatially Resolved Proteomics Using Expansion Microscopy  Hugues Talbot (CentraleSupélec - IA Saclay). Title coming soon.

New chamber mount design for our @mesospim.bsky.social - magnetic kinematic bases from @thorlabs.bsky.social for the win! 3D printed (for now) bases hold the chamber snugly for precise positioning between experiments. Fill port on the front allows for media addition without disturbing imaging.
