I mean, I don't know what they expected. RFK Jr has form with spurious misattributions. He's let a good Palestinian man rot in jail for fifty years when he knows perfectly well his dad's head just did that

I went back and looked at the entire thread, it's full of bizarre misinterpretations and misattributions, but also there's no further explanation on that one.

Autodidact friends, moot needs help finding possibly AI-generated nonsense quotes. They can be anything from wholesale fabrication to misattributions, if you’re familiar, take a peek
These are all possibly fake but! In the interests of fairness I thought I’d ask and see if anyone can find any of these actually existing anywhere. All the following posts will be different passages copied directly from the book:

Really amazing that NYT will make possible academic misattributions a national story when it’s the president of Harvard but have no interest in highlighting that the President of the United States cannot speak for more than 5 seconds without uttering easily disprovable lies
Trump claims he was basically lifted out of the rubble on 9/11: "Two fireman, big strong guys, they grabbed me under the arms -- 'got to get our of here!' -- and they literally lifted me up, and they started running with me."

Just off-the-cuff, I’d say Boomer Slop is a particular flavor of engagement bait, engineered to appeal to demographics that are prone to emotional and psychological manipulation. Often featuring AI imagery, cliched idioms, misattributions, and anthropomorphized animals.

True. I think Aristotle et al. have a fair share of misattributions,
mea culpa.

Over time, popular culture, social media, and misattributions transformed Nietzsche’s actual parable into the modern, psychological phrasing about not throwing away the "best of yourself" when trying to purge personal flaws.

Well, victimized again by a) misattributions on the Internet and b) not doing my due diligence to verify (aka, posting too quickly).

That first picture, credited to Curt Swan, is from Adventure 332, “The Super Moby Dick of Space”, and is actually by John Forte and Milton Snapinn.

My apologies.
