#orchestration
I mean it literally just manages actually allocating resources, rolling out updates, etc in a way that moves a lot of stuff out of your brain. with agents it’s unbelievably good. it’s an app orchestration tool, not having to deal with orchestration is awesome.

Because these cycles will be orchestrated to maximise stock throughput and that will mean there isn't always someone there when different parts of a cycle are happening. I think you aren't trying hard enough to imagine the scale of food distribution orchestration

Huh. Somehow missed this orchestration roll.

It’s not about that. It’s about automating orchestration even across one machine. If you’re writing docker composes you are essentially doing the same level of work you’d need to manage Kubernetes, and a lot comes prepackaged for you.

One of the best. Written in 5/4, gorgeous orchestration, epically sad.

Great orchestration for marching band!

As a former lead percussionist in marching band, I can't tell you how exciting it is to get a really demanding piece like this

R^2Orch: Recursive Self-Improvement for Agent Orchestration via Self-Play within a Skill-Internalization Loop
In recent years, agentic orchestration has been widely applied to solve complex human tasks. However, existing orchestration learning still faces key challenges, including hand-designed curricula, advantage collapse when a task's rollouts all reach the same outcome, and unreliable evaluation signals

if we call all this distributed shit "orchestration" then how come we say 'load balancing' instead of hocketing

These models when told to operate new motor systems will ultimately write Python, JavaScript, or whatever language scripts and tools they need to go from tiny servo movements to full-on hand, arm, and limb orchestration and movements and routines such as grab({item...}) for later agents. That's RSI

My job title, is Agent Orchestration Engineer.

My job, is to solve problems.

If I started running around gastowning, I would get dropped.

A lot of people seem to think the "Software" part of "Software Engineer" is the important one, and not the Engineer part, with Software as only the method used
"my code is handcrafted and artisanal"
