Back in 2020, I spent a week prototyping a Pac-Man game I intended to pitch someday. And...I never did.
I call it "Pac-Man Slide."
In this game, Pac-Man goes only one way until he hits a wall. Players are to figure out how to move around with this in mind.
I still enjoy the level with the ladders.

Json files are extra good for prototyping because of how quickly you can migrate schemas, and how eventually when you need a real database, any database will be better in every dimension (except schema migration).
