Here’s my latest. It has puppets! Mr. Rogers! History! People calling Sesame Street “authoritarian” and “dangerous” and setting kids up for a “life of bourgeois imprisonment!” Spoiler alert: I think it’s the greatest show ever created. #history #skystorians #PBS

Since Sunday‘s Win of the Left Party in the Berlin province,
Mainstream Media is shitstorming against it.
Massive and Everywhere: PublicTV, privateTV, Print, radio, Socialmedia.
„It does not stop.
A neverending stream of propaganda, lies, hate“

Man ist von Springer ja viel gewohnt, aber die derzeitige Kampagne gegen Die Linke hat mit Journalismus nichts mehr zu tun. Schämt sich da denn überhaupt niemand mehr für irgendetwas?

He acts like this in front of a well-known journalist,on publicTV,without any shame!
Imagine the fear on the faces of those little girls&boys he abused? Those children locked in a dark room with this pedophile yelling at them, hitting &threatening them, even with death?
This monster is still POTUS!

In my 60 years, #publicTV taught me:
• counting
• spelling
• sharing
• colors
• reading
• science
• literature
• classical and jazz music
• and how village fetes are always the perfect settings for murder
And that's why I'm the godless, wokeass, pinko, commie I am today.

Got home last night from recording interviews at the Sun Valley Writer’s Conference for createid on IdahoPTV. It was my 3rd time working this event with this crew, and the conversations are always incredible. This year was somber but amazing to hear. #SunValley #createid #IdahoPTV #I❤️PublicTV

New poster! As promised one for PBS! This man worked sooo hard to get funding & speak to the importance of public educational TV. He’s an American hero! We didn’t drop the F-bomb bc he wouldn’t, but given his passion, he might have mumbled it in utter frustration at this point. We’re okay with that.

Narrated by the legendary Andre Braugher, RIOT is more than a documentary, it’s a reckoning.

Did you catch BNSF predecessor Northern Pacific’s dining car chef with a tray of potatoes, circa 1958? This photo, along with others provided by BNSF, aired during the Cook's Country episode featuring short ribs and baked potatoes. 🍖🥔

How the hell does Sesame Street NOT have a home?
Sesame Street NOT having a home is EXACTLY the topic we'd see ON Sesame Street.
Ask ourselves, why doesn't some billionaire have a home for Sesame Street?
They don't want it.
Empathy, humanity, and caring is not woke.
It is you and me.

I freakin' LOVE the show #Nova on #publicTV. I've loved it since it began airing. The #gqp has ALWAYS wanted to eliminate the production and airing of free, public, #educational television because ignorant people are easier to manipulate and control!!!

Well aware he’s always appeared as Bozo 🤭

Had to deal with him & sons during late 80s-early 90s at WNET & Ch 13 PublicTV for events they attended

Tears are rolling down my cheeks. Reporting for Bill Moyers on PBS was the best journalism experience of my 30+ years. He was an authentic voice for shedding light on America’s problems and hopes. Bill was 91. We’ve lost a brilliant maverick in public tv. #BillMoyers #publictv #PBS

So, first order of business: everyone who already gives to #publicradio & #publictv: give more.
Those who listen or watch but don’t give: give now.
Those who don’t listen or watch: you’re missing out. Give it a try and then if you like it, help keep it going by chipping in.
