Mental health doesn't need more awareness – it's overflowing with awareness campaigns (often horribly designed and thought through). It needs funding, staffing, research – resources.

Similarly, we don't need talk on young men, we need *policies* to improve their prospects and bind them to society.

Roughly 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year.

Affordable, accessible mental health care is essential.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we recommit to investing more in mental health resources.

Today is Human Trafficking Awareness Day. I worked across the aisle with Senator Blackburn to put forward two bills this week that would increase resources and establish a national database to improve law enforcement collaboration to end this heinous crime.

To everyone who wants to raise awareness and get people to take action against censorship and bills that take away our rights, I want to say this very emphatically:

Include. Resources.

Because yelling is infinitely more useful when you're also showing people the next steps they can take

The UN designated April 22 as International Mother Earth Day in 2009, recognizing the importance of the Earth's natural systems and the need for sustainable practices and promoting environmental awareness.

We must fight in our country to protect these natural resources from our corrupt government 💙

Steve Gutenberg very impressive. Not only out there himself, also publicly reminding people about those who are infirm, disabled, elderly, panicked and incapable, those alone without friends or family, those without resources. The ones forgotten. He keeps advocating for awareness and assistance.🩷
