Played both and the computer one is so much more streamlined. One scanario takes about a third or fourth in the computer version for me.

I would completely be fine if the Nether and the End were just optional places to go without being tied to any "main" progression system. In an ideal scanario, various areas should have some incentive to explore anyway, whether it's gear, enchantments, or new blocks and components to build with.
