Designed by James McKissack, it opened as La Scala in 1921 and closed as a cinema around 1960. It has been empty since 1997. While not in Glasgow, this is all too common an outcome of buildings in the West of Scoland which have left unoccupied for long periods of time.

Reform are planning to destroy Devolution in Scoland.
Thats why the Westminister Government haven't tackled Reform or its funding. However Labour will before the next Westminster Election to try and protect themselves. Labour aren't the party of Devolution anymore
