A 2026 roadmap video has emerged from SimWorks Studios today revealing the developers plans for the rest of the year. Microsoft Flight Simulator aircraft developer SimWorks Studios has provided a bunch of updates on their products and are offing a pretty big sale on some of their line-up. Let's have a look at the latest news! Kodiak, Airvan, PC-12 and more One of the items I'm really waiting for is the 2024 native update for SimWorks Studios Kodiak 100. The aircraft has been reassembled according to the developers adding 2024 specific features as well as adding several G1000 features adding systems pages and weight and balance functionality.

The folks at SimWorks Studios have been busy recently and I haven't had a chance to catch up on everything until just now. They are talking about their new multi-aircraft tablet system, support and upgrade plans for 2020 and 2024 aircraft, some really interesting persistence systems for the GA-8 Airvan's failure module, a bunch of updates on the PC-12 and PC-12NG and even the company website is set to get an update that should help folks out.

This is a fun one! Airvan is an airplane that is little known in most places in the world but it has a storied history all of its own. SimWorks Studios are making this their next Microsfot Flight Simulator aircraft release and I very fortunately was able to do a little testing and then write this preview ahead of its release in a couple of weeks.

Catching up on another flight sim news post with SimWorks Studios talking a bit on their Facebook this past Friday about what they are doing to implement some failure modeling into their products. Let's have a look at that and a bit of news on their PC-12 and Kodiak projects.
