YESSS I love 2013 tomb raider!
I know people prefer Lara’s OG vibes but I feel like she was written much better in the reboot and she looked like she actually raided tombs lol

Found the paper! It’s only a catalogue of what the archeologist found in the 30s though: 57 tombs, ~600 nails, a bunch belonging to stretchers but most hammered postmortem in the joints(!!!) of many but not all of the bodies (5 to 37 per tomb), and a bunch of pieces of jewellery with YHWH or Shaddai

The Sudan was the boat I wanted. We looked into it about 5 years ago but ended up going to Japan instead.
I believe you go one way up the Nile from Cairo to Aswan OR you do that trip in reverse, don’t quote me on the start end point lol.
You stop at the temples and tombs along the way ❤️

The One True Thing contains no crypts, graves, shrouds, tombs, or cemeteries, so I give you... a burial.

Spent the last couple of days face-down in bloodborne's chalice dungeons,
but I'm ready to give it a break,
I just read a bunch of Junji Ito comics from his "Tombs" collection.
Getting back to pixel art would be cool, but I also should get out and exist a bit, the nice weather won't last forever.

BTW, my Y-DNA (from a relative) kisses the top of Northern India and I'm said to (maybe) be a descendant. But SK is not going to go around digging up ancestors. Only lower ranking tombs are targeted.

Fun fact: Within the park are his boyhood home and Ebenezer Baptist Church – the church where King was baptized and both he and his father, Martin Luther King Sr., were pastors – as well as the outdoor memorial tombs of King and his wife, civil rights activist Coretta Scott King.

In Matthew, Jesus calls the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees hypocrites, then says:

“For you are like whitewashed tombs—beautiful on the outside but filled on the inside with dead people’s bones and all sorts of impurity.”

Christ is -within- you. No middlemen are required.

Most probably! It's a pity that I don't have enough time to recreate on the history of the tombs when doing a photo session. Normally I have to do the entire cemetery in just a few hours :(

It's Random Fact Wednesday!!
Did you know the classic rolling boulder and spike traps are mostly fiction? Real ancient tombs almost never had working booby (heh) traps. What did exist were clever sealing stones and, in one Chinese emperor’s case, liquid mercury rivers!
