Yup. But (1) those don't always override local operations, (2) not all stroke centers are the same. Maryland has more than 30 centers but only 4 are thrombectomy ready. And for peds that's Hopkins, Children's National, MedStar/Georgetown. UMMS is excellent for trauma but not AFAIK, a leader in peds

Yeah, I tried listening their examples, I rage quitted the first time as I heard umms, had to try again listening few hours later.
I can see the value in some domains, but not great many I care myself. I didn't like early OpenAI 4o era text either, same vibes.
