The webmapping allows you to click on an individual point and see the calculated departure from normal. Not super intuitive yet (it's the last value that gets returned in the query) but its a work in progress.

Yep, that's it. Use 27700 transformation for calculations as planar (ie in metres), then transform to 4326 latlng for webmapping (decimal degrees) where internally (leaflet/Google maps) it gets transformed to 3857.

It's been really generative to allow the project to develop around findings from both archival research and #DH work.
