Women in leadership often face a double standard: assertiveness is "too aggressive," while showing empathy is "too soft."

In reality, women who lead with both compassion and determination challenge outdated stereotypes and pave the way for a more inclusive and effective leadership model.

Cecilia Payne-Gaposchkin ✨ figured out what stars are made of ✨ when she was just 25. 🔭🧪

Her PhD thesis basically established the Harvard astro department — at a time when Harvard didn't officially allow woman students.

Truth: WW coined it, then wrote it for the first time in a highly positive review of MS’s book!🧪
